Food Frenzy 2025

Summer should be a time to relax and have fun, to enjoy the beautiful weather and everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, but for many families, summer can be the hungriest time of year.  

More than 500,000 students participate in free and reduced meals during the school year, many of whom won't have access to a summer meal program.  As a result, families will see their grocery bills increase by as much as $300 a month, putting further strain on budgets already stretched thin.

Your support during Food Frenzy means more nutritious, culturally relevant food for kids and families this summer. By stocking the shelves of more than 541 food pantries, meal programs, shelters and mobile distributions, you help to ensure kids and families are well nourished during the summer and students are ready to learn when they return to school.
