Eskaton is a leading non-profit provider of aging services, serving older adults across Northern California for over 55 years. Founded in 1989, the Eskaton Foundation's primary mission is to enhance the quality of life for older adults through life-enriching services and financial assistance. In a world where longer lifespans can sometimes outpace financial resources, the Eskaton Foundation stands firm in its belief that no senior should be displaced from their home due to outliving their means. We are dedicated to ensuring that every resident receives the care and support they deserve, regardless of financial circumstances. - Resident Assistance program: provides financial assistance to Eskaton residents who have outlived their resources. Available across all of our residential living communities, the Eskaton Resident Assistance program ensures no seniors are displaced from their home, regardless of their financial circumstances. 

- Resident Care program: provides supplemental care hours to at-risk elders residing in our 13 affordable housing communities, including at-home care services and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). 

- Kids Connection: Supported by the Eskaton Foundation, Kids Connection is a program that fosters intergenerational connections between Eskaton residents and local elementary schoolchildren. In addition to its educational component for young students, Kids Connection offers older adults with the opportunity to socialize, interact with younger generations, and make meaningful connections that uplift and enrich their lives.

Moreover, your donation empowers our dedicated employees by providing them with vital resources during personal emergencies through our Eskaton Employee Assistance Fund. Additionally, we offer scholarships to our employees, enabling them to pursue further education and professional development.
