About The L5 Investments Capital Cup

This charity golf tournament is a 3-day Ryder Cup-style event played from Oct 23-25, 2026. Business leaders compete to raise funds for local nonprofits. Donors support individual players, each representing a charity. To maximize their impact, all funds raised go directly to each nonprofit. Now in its 12th year, it is one of the largest charitable sporting events in the country. This event has raised over $21 million for 92 regional nonprofits — blending competition, philanthropy, and community pride. 

Mike and his firm L5 Investments have been sponsoring the Capital Cup since 2023.

About The Flaherty IMPACT Foundation

The Flaherty IMPACT Foundation believes that every child deserves a chance to thrive -regardless of their circumstances. We provide renewable scholarships for need-based high school seniors, support and resources for families facing serious childhood illness, and critical assistance for displaced and homeless youth. Through community partnerships, we also fund outreach events that put backpacks, school supplies, shoes, clothing, and groceries directly into the hands of families who need them most. 100% of every donation goes directly to the children and families we serve.
